Position: Business Administration Apprentice (Apprenticeship)

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join the logistics administration team. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world office experience while developing core business and administrative skills. You will earn a competitive wage while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls professionally
  • Supporting the end-to-end order process
  • Coordinating deliveries and collection requests using multiple courier services
  • Booking shipments with courier and freight partners
  • Updating shipment manifests and CRM systems accurately
  • Creating invoices and assisting with general accounts administration
  • Responding to email and postal correspondence
  • Organising, maintaining, and filing documentation
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider logistics team
Skills & Knowledge Required
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic understanding of Maths and English
  • Confident using IT systems;
    Microsoft Excel knowledge is desirable
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
