The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join the logistics administration team. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world office experience while developing core business and administrative skills. You will earn a competitive wage while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls professionally
- Supporting the end-to-end order process
- Coordinating deliveries and collection requests using multiple courier services
- Booking shipments with courier and freight partners
- Updating shipment manifests and CRM systems accurately
- Creating invoices and assisting with general accounts administration
- Responding to email and postal correspondence
- Organising, maintaining, and filing documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the wider logistics team
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of Maths and English
- Confident using IT systems;
Microsoft Excel knowledge is desirable - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Eager to learn and develop within a professional environment
