Ward Clerk – Maternity Services

ResponsibilitiesThis role supports the Antenatal and Postnatal ward reception desks at St Mary's Hospital. The post holder is required to work a range of shifts and being the single point contact to meet and greet patients and visitors. They will be required to provide excellent customer service and support to our patients and visitors, as well as the medical teams within the department.
QualificationsSuccessful candidates must have excellent IT skills and experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment. You should demonstrate high levels of personal commitment to facilitate the delivery of a patient focused service. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. A friendly and conscientious outlook is also required as is the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and patients.
