Do you excel in organisation and customer service?
As a Property Manager at LIVINGWAY, you'll play a pivotal role as the main clerical support, based in our Manchester Head Office. You'll provide comprehensive assistance to our on-site team members, handling everything from phone operations and system management to day-to-day operational tasks and top-notch customer service for our residents.
Responsibilities- Ensure Resident Liaisons' schedules flow seamlessly.
- Efficiently organise property viewings, whether online or in person.
- Respond promptly and courteously to calls and property inquiries.
- Enrol new applicants and expertly manage post-viewing feedback calls.
- Oversee diverse administrative tasks and communications.
- Align appointments among potential residents, current tenants, and third-party contractors.
- Maintain meticulous filing systems and tackle data entry tasks with precision.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other teams to achieve collective goals.
- Masterfully manage company correspondence, encompassing emails, calls, and packages.
- Offer adept clerical support to managers and colleagues.
- Craft and process tenancy documents with finesse and accuracy.
- Deliver unparalleled service to all residents and clients.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Administrator or Secretary.
- Proficient in CRM and property management software (Yardi experience ideal), MS Office, including word processors and spreadsheets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior contacts, clients, and teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team and plan ahead.
- Flexible and professional demeanour with excellent time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.

Working hoursMonday: 9 am to 5 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9 am to 5 pm or 11 am to 7 pm
Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 2 pm
You'll need to work one in three Saturdays and one late evening per week.
