LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR – MANCHESTER
Up to £33,000 + great benefits & culture. We are a market‑leading solicitors firm seeking an Executive/Legal Administrator to join our growing legal property department.
The OpportunityAs the Legal Administrator you will assist with case management systems, provide accurate day‑to‑day support and contribute to successful conveyancing operations.
Responsibilities- Assist the legal property department with all administrative duties
- Production and filling of documents, copies and scans
- Assist fee earners with instructions
- Update office manual processes
- Maintain case management systems
- Manage all telephone queries for the department
- Ensure file compliance with relevant standards
- Draft documents for clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercially aware
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with case management systems; conveyancing experience is desirable
