Up to £28,000  Flexible Benefits Freedom has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support the new OHL (301) division based in Catterick, working closely with the LV/HV OHL team and EHV OHL team. This is an office-based role requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Please note:

Driving is essential due to limited public transport in the area. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
Input weekly timesheets. Request and collate safe dig packs. Assist with street works permits. Collate weekly work packs. Support fleet manager with maintaining the fleet tracker. Maintain plant tracker for the finance manager. Raise purchase orders for site, office, and subcontractors. Arrange plant hire, fuel deliveries, and relocations to new sites.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Benefits:
