Temporary Accounts Assistant (approx 3 months) |Eccles, Manchester | Immediate start available| Part Time – Evenings (4pm-8pm preferred Monday-Friday) | £15 per hour

An immediate start is available for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support a well‑established business based in Eccles, Manchester, on a temporary basis. This role operates on evening hours, working 4pm–8pm, Monday to Friday.

• Provide transactional finance support to the wider team, assisting across purchase ledger, sales ledger, and general accounting tasks
• Monitor and manage shared finance inboxes, prioritising queries and ensuring timely, accurate responses or allocation to the correct team members
• Process a variety of financial documents - including invoices, payments, and adjustments - ensuring accuracy, correct coding, and compliance with internal procedures
• Support month‑end activities such as reconciliations, preparing financial data, and ensuring records are complete and up to date
• Assist with supplier and customer account maintenance, helping resolve queries, discrepancies, and outstanding items
• Provide general administrative and financial support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations within the finance department

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our clients team, working evening hours from Monday to Friday (4pm–8pm). We’re looking for someone confident in handling day‑to‑day transactional finance tasks, who thrives in a focused environment and is comfortable operating independently.
