Role
Admin Coordinator – Location – Manchester
Salary£28,000-£32,000 (Plus excellent benefits see below)
Hours36 hours, Monday-Friday - Hybrid & Flexible working after probation
Reed are currently working with an award winning, independent development and construction consultancy who are looking to appoint an Administrator / Coordinator to support the bids, business growth and social value activity. This is a varied, fast-paced role offering excellent exposure to bid coordination, compliance documentation, and wider business support functions.
Position OverviewThe position will involve:
- Provide general administrative and coordination support across the business
- Assist with bid submissions and tender documentation
, including formatting, document control and compliance checks - Support business development and growth initiatives
- Coordinate and maintain social value records, evidence and reporting
- Support the preparation of compliance documentation for tenders
- Liaise with internal teams
, senior stakeholders and occasional external contacts - Manage deadlines
, updates and documentation related to bids and submissions - Maintain strong document management systems ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Support ad-hoc activities including events coordination and cross-cover for other internal functions
- Produce basic visual content
, flow charts or graphics (e.g. using Canva) - Provide wider support to senior team members and directors as required
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Strong organisational and document control skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Flexible working:
- 36-hour week
- Hybrid working with flexibility between 7:00am–7:00pm
- Early finish 4:00pm on Fridays
