Overview
An organised and experienced person is required to assist with the smooth running of the school office; to provide finance, administrative and data support to the Head teacher and School Business Manager; and to support parents, pupils, visitors and outside agencies.
Responsibilities- Undertake a range of administrative tasks and technical duties including data input and retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with a range of audiences including parents, colleagues and governors.
- Build and maintain good working relationships.
- Use a range of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain effective record‑keeping systems.
- Work accurately under pressure.
- Show initiative and pro‑activity.
- Demonstrate sensitivity and objectivity in dealing with confidential matters.
- Commit to equal opportunities and safeguarding.
- Experience undertaking a range of administrative tasks and technical duties.
- Strong communication skills with various audiences.
- Sound knowledge of, and ability to use, a range of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
