Overview
We are recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to join a professional financial services client in Manchester. This is a front-of-house role responsible for delivering a polished, welcoming first impression while supporting the smooth day-to‑day operation of a corporate office environment.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders
- Deliver a professional and courteous front‑of‑house service at all times
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor access
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Support administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional reception area
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless visitor experience
- Previous corporate reception or front‑of‑house experience
- Professional appearance and communication style
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Confident handling a busy reception environment
- IT literate with good attention to detail
- Organised, reliable, and discreet
