We are currently seeking a data entry clerk to support our operations team. Knowledge of data confidentiality principles is mandatory and the company will rely on you to have accurate, up-to-date data that is easily accessible through a digital database.

Applicants must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task, have strong organizational skills and be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Word / Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Gather and sort information according to priorities for computer input.
  • Ensure data validation: checking for errors and correcting incompatibilities.
  • Ability to enter (type) data into a computer quickly, accurately and as requested.
  • Ability to type quickly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel. Use of other computer programs a plus.
  • Detail oriented to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong work ethic and responsibility.
Knowledge of languages:
  • Ability to read, write and speak correctly, correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

In English to ensure accuracy of data.

Confidentiality
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Working Conditions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out tasks to completion within the given instructions.
  • Must be comfortable with office hours, Monday through Friday.

Physical Requirements .
  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance to safely and successfully perform the job.
  • Must be able to speak, listen and speak clearly in English on the phone.
