Temporary - 4 months initially (with a view to extend)

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing and property services organisation based in Salford. They are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to support their responsive repairs and maintenance team on a temporary basis.

• Scheduling and planning maintenance and repair appointments
• Contacting tenants to arrange and confirm access
• Liaising with contractors to allocate work and manage diaries
• Handling customer service enquiries via telephone
• Updating systems with accurate job and scheduling information

• Previous Customer Service Experience is Essential
• Planning or scheduling experience is desirable
• Confident communicator with strong telephone skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience within housing, property or maintenance environments is advantageous

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.73 - £14.27
• Full-time hours with an early finish at 4:30pm
• Initial 4-month temporary assignment, with potential to extend
• On-site car parking
