Washroom Services Administrator Contracts Administrator

Based - Atherton (Office Based)

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week

We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Washroom Division in Atherton. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day administration of our washroom services — ensuring contracts, invoicing, and renewals run smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for inputting and maintaining contracts, generating invoices, tracking payments, and managing annual renewals. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across both finance and operational teams to keep things on track.

Responsibilities
  • Input and maintain all washroom service contracts in internal systems.
  • Ensure all contract data is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers and the setup of services.
  • Raise invoices in line with service delivery and contract terms.
  • Liaise with finance and operations to confirm service completion before invoicing.
  • Resolve customer invoicing queries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and manage the credit log to track outstanding payments.
Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Previous experience in administration, finance, or contract support.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with invoicing systems and basic financial tracking.
