• Manage the busy phone and email systems
• Open daily post
• Using the case management system to upload important documents
• Administration and archiving
• Copying and filing
• Greeting visitors into the office, making refreshments
• Answering and transferring calls
• Receiving and arranging deliveries
• Arranging meetings

• Experienced with Microsoft and case management systems
• Strong eye for detail
• Organised and can work independently
• Experience working on a professional reception front desk
