As Audit Manager, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing audit assignments from planning through to completion, and leading and developing junior members of the audit team. Key Responsibilities- Managing and delivering audit engagements for a varied client portfolio
- Leading, mentoring, and developing audit staff
- Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting partners with business development and departmental improvement initiatives
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical audit knowledge and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- A proactive and professional approach to work
