• Managing and delivering audit engagements for a varied client portfolio
• Leading, mentoring, and developing audit staff
• Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting partners with business development and departmental improvement initiatives

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical audit knowledge and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• A proactive and professional approach to work
