• Competitive salary & clear progression GPN Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in London, who are looking to recruit a Senior Accountant into its Business Services team as part of continued growth. The role will involve taking ownership of a varied client portfolio and acting as a key point of contact, working closely with managers and partners to deliver accounts and tax services.

Key Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing statutory and management accounts Reviewing corporation tax computations and associated filings Overseeing VAT compliance and returns Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients Acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients Reviewing work completed by junior team members Providing technical guidance and mentoring within the team Qualifications & Experience ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Experienced and technically strong in preparing statutory accounts and tax returns Extensive experience gained within a UK accountancy firm Confident working directly with clients What’s on Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Clear long-term progression opportunities Supportive and friendly working environment Ongoing professional development and training This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Accountant looking to work with an interesting client base and a growing team, with plenty of opportunities for career progression.
