We are working with a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy practice that supports a wide range of OMBs, entrepreneurs, and private clients. As part of their ongoing growth plans, the firm is looking to appoint an OMB Tax Partner to further strengthen and develop their tax offering across the region.

The firm welcomes interest from both experienced Partners and ambitious experienced Directors who are ready to take the next step in their career. This role forms an important part of the firm's future growth strategy, offering real scope to shape the direction of the OMB tax service and play a key role in the wider leadership team.

As OMB Tax Partner, you will lead and grow the firm's tax presence in the market, building lasting relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that owner-managed businesses continue to receive proactive, commercially minded advice. You will also oversee and mentor a capable team, nurturing a supportive and collaborative culture that enables people to thrive.
