MCR Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company with a strong UK presence. The role is based in Manchester.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-focused Purchase Ledger Clerk with strong purchase ledger experience to join our Construction Finance team. You will:

• Match purchase orders with invoices and process subcontractor and supplier invoices in Sage 50.
• Code invoices accurately to the correct tax and nominal codes, and update and analyse Excel spreadsheets.
• Submit CIS returns to HMRC, issue subcontractor CIS statements, and verify subcontractor CIS compliance.
• Assist with supplier queries, obtain invoice approvals from Asset Managers, and update bank reconciliation spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate records, issue purchase orders, and support the Management Accountant and other managers.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
