Accounting​/Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting/Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for multiple manufacturing sites. This high‑visibility role partners closely with plant leadership to drive operational performance, improve margins, and support strategic decision‑making. This role is hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for assigned plants.
• Prepare plant- and customer-level P&L statements and analyze variances.
• Oversee project and program cost tracking, including R&D, material, labor, and engineering.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reporting and KPIs.
• Coordinate with corporate accounting on month-end close, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Support inventory processes, including quarterly physical counts and valuation reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Ability to travel periodically to plant locations.
