We’re partnering with a well‑established manufacturing client to identify an experienced Plant Accounting Manager to serve as the financial point‑person for their Manchester, TN facility. What You’ll Do as the Plant Accounting Manager:
- In this role, you will be the primary financial resource for the plant, driving accuracy, visibility, and strategic insight
- Oversee daily accounting activities along with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure complete, timely, and accurate financial statements for the facility
- Review and monitor product costs, manufacturing variances, and cost‑saving opportunities
- Support continuous improvement by identifying operational and financial efficiencies

Requirements of the Plant Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing accounting environment
- Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly
