We're looking for School Bus Monitors to join our team! If you enjoy working with children and young adults, this position provides an opportunity to become a friendly face for the passengers in your community. As a Bus Monitor, you will be paired with a seasoned driver during each shift to interact and supervise passengers, creating a smooth, stress‑free transportation experience.

No experience needed, we’ll train you! Training is paid for.

• High School Diploma, GED or related experience
• The ability to relate to individuals with special needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates must also have a favorable criminal background check

This is a school‑year position, Monday – Friday.

• Morning – 6 am‑9:30 am
• Mid‑Afternoon – 11:30 am‑1 pm
• Afternoon – 1:30 pm‑4:30 pm

$15 per hour.

• PTO begins accruing on your first day!
• Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
• 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%
• Tuition reimbursement after one year of employment
• Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment
• Wellness programs: nutritional counseling services, reimbursement programs for weight loss & tobacco cessation
