HVAC Systems Install Crew Leader

We’re growing our installation team and looking for someone who loves clean, code-compliant work and takes pride in teaching a helper while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Own residential installs: split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, hydronic systems, package units, and mini-splits
• Fabricate and run copper line sets, gas lines, wiring, venting, and drain lines
• Diagnose and correct installation issues quickly and accurately
• Explain system operation and options to customers in clear, friendly terms
• Keep the site orderly; follow safety protocols and handbook policies
• Collaborate with teammates, welcome feedback, and support a learning culture
• Show up on time, prepared, and organized for jobs and meetings

Full-time field role serving customers across NH, MA, and ME.

• History of successful HVAC installs
• 2+ years of installation experience
• Ability to lead a helper and desire to grow a strong team
• EPA Certification
• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent customer communication
• Strong organizational habits

• $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience
• Sign-on bonus up to $5K for top candidates
