• Confident leading residential installs of furnaces and condensing units with a helper—no direct supervision needed?
• Skilled at diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems?
• A natural at explaining options so homeowners can make informed decisions?
• Organized, punctual, and collaborative with crews and supervisors?
• Motivated to keep learning and advancing your career?

• Assess system performance, document findings, and complete required testing during maintenance visits.
• Recommend repair, maintenance, or replacement based on detailed inspections.
• Deliver clear, courteous, and solution-focused communication to clients.
• Partner with teammates to execute work safely and efficiently.
• Attend meetings and adhere to company safety and handbook policies.
• Travel to customers throughout NH, MA, and ME in a full-time capacity.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience and a strong track record with heating and cooling systems.
• EPA certification.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Desire to grow your skills through ongoing training.

• $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
