You start your morning reviewing the install scope and loading the truck with your helper. On the road across NH, MA, and ME, you arrive prepared—organized, on time, and ready to deliver. You install residential systems to Brookside’s standards, keep the job site spotless, and walk customers through their new equipment with clear, friendly communication.

• Lead residential installs for split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, hydronic systems, package units, and mini‑splits
• Run copper line sets, gas lines, wiring, venting, and drain lines with precision
• Troubleshoot installation‑related issues and resolve them confidently and accurately
• Educate customers on system use, maintenance, and options
• Maintain an organized, safe job site and follow all safety protocols and handbook policies
• Collaborate with teammates, accept feedback, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage time and materials effectively; arrive prepared and punctual for every job and company meeting

$35–$45 per hour based on experience, plus a sign‑on bonus up to $5K for top candidates. This is a full‑time role with regular travel within NH, MA, and ME.

• Proven track record with heating and cooling system installs
• 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Leadership mindset and a desire to develop your helper and team
• EPA Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional communication and customer service
• Strong organization and time management
