HVAC Installation Technician
Pay Rate$35.00 to $45.00 + per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities.
Work Hours7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
What You Will Be Doing- Lead installation jobs for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install oil, propane, natural gas, and air HVAC systems and ductwork
- Furnace, AC, heat pumps, mini‑splits, etc.
- Boilers
- Radiant heat
- Consult with customers and answer their questions
- Supervise the work of installers
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- 4+ years of installation experience
- 2+ years of lead/supervisor experience desired
- Radiant heat experience
- EPA Universal certification
- Proficient with refrigerant, gas, oil, propane, and electric heating/air‑conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
- Experience in all HVAC low‑voltage systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC technical school certificate desired
