As a Facilities Technician you will be responsible for safely and efficiently completing assigned activities related to residential and commercial property maintenance. You ll have the ability to work on a variety of different tasks such as general repairs, painting, appliance work, installations, ground maintenance and equipment preventative care. We re looking for someone who has a professional attitude and appearance, likes to learn new skills and grow with a company, and willing to help out other technicians but be an independent problem solver.

Previous experience as a maintenance technician is a plus; pay and Technician level will match experience.

• Safely and efficiently complete assigned activities related to residential and commercial property maintenance
• Perform general repairs, painting, appliance work, installations, ground maintenance, and equipment preventative care
• Display a professional attitude and appearance, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Collaborate with other technicians as needed while acting as an independent problem solver

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Salary: $22 per hour

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver s License
• Maintenance experience with a property management company, including experience with unit turnovers is preferred.
