Key Account Manager - Cardiac & Vascular Image Guided Therapy (New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont)
As the Cardiac & Vascular Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the customer service line leaders in the cardiovascular, surgery and operating room departments. You will focus on core products including Image Guided Therapy (IGT), Mobile Surgery C-Arms and Services, and collaborate with teams across IGT-D, Cardiovascular Ultrasound, and Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics in Cardiology. You will work with account manager counterparts in Precision Diagnosis and Connected Care Patient Monitoring along with Account Executives, Specialists, Services and Solutions to identify, develop, and close opportunities in Philips installed, competitive installed, and new construction labs and operating rooms.
Your role:
- Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives and translate them into clear objectives and targets. Develop and refine business strategy for key accounts and territory to achieve sales targets. Understand and articulate the broader Philips portfolio of offerings (products, services, and solutions) within and across businesses, matching clinical, technical, and economic value propositions with customer needs.
- Document territory install base related to the solutions represented, establish a plan to address all assigned accounts within the territory (including breakthrough competitive accounts), segment strategy, and understand the market potential. Drive the sales process by uncovering compelling customer events, engaging stakeholders, and escalating as appropriate. Navigate sales stages by aligning to the customer buying journey.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, including business models, product features, service offerings, and positioning.
- BS/BA Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Medical Capital Sales experience required.
- Deep knowledge of the Cardiovascular Portfolio.
- Demonstrated solution selling and execution skills in a complex, team-selling environment.
- Must reside within commuting distance to Portsmouth, Bedford, Manchester NH with travel overnight up to 25% to NH, ME, VT.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $187,750 - $241,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower depending on individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
