Job Responsibilities For Sales Administrator- Enter vehicle information in business system
- Ensure data flow between different DMS platforms
- Oversight of deals in business system to ensure all information is complete and accurate
- Generate deal paperwork packet for F&I
- Ensure all deal paperwork is completed and accurate when returned from sales staff
- Receive all monies from customers and send to accounting
- Follow and monitor commission accuracy and payment
- Prepare and proof registration paperwork
- Register vehicles through online system
- Act as liaison between sales and accounting
- Perform various state contact reporting as needed
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Must have knowledge of dealership sales and accounting functions
- Must be familiar with dealership DMS system functions
- Candidate must be accurate, organized, detail‑oriented, and professional
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is required
