AE Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
Join American Eagle Outfitters as a part-time Brand Ambassador. Bring the brand to life, deliver an amazing shopping experience, and represent our values.
Your Responsibilities- Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, creating a friends‑first experience.
- Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make tailored suggestions.
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- Assist the team to accomplish daily goals.
- Act with integrity and follow AEO policies & procedures.
- You love interacting with people.
- You are energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- You are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
- You are passionate about AE and Aerie products.
- You have prior retail experience.
- You are at least 16 years old.
