Retail Store Manager – Mall of New Hampshire

Join Arch Telecom as a Retail Store Manager at the Mall of New Hampshire. In this role you will lead a Retail Team to bring the brand to life and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new programs and initiatives.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Maintain store excellence and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate coverage quality to customers, explaining network advantages.
• Highlight plans and services that let customers stay connected, enjoy unlimited usage, and explore new possibilities.
• Redefine wireless experience through device inspection, account review, and troubleshooting.
• Collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and create a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.
• Identify and hand off small‑business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships, holding the team accountable for the company’s success.
• Provide a first‑class customer experience while enjoying team camaraderie.

• Leadership qualities.

• Prior wireless sales experience.

• At least 18 years of age
• Wireless sales experience
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full‑time availability (45 hours per week)
