Minimum starting hourly rate: $17.85 – $21.00 per hour

• Sales: Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top‑notch experiences through “white glove” service with a servant’s heart.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load, unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting, organized store with cleanliness for customers and coworkers.

• 1‑3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record – drivers of company vehicles required
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
