Commercial Property Manager

We’re seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager to oversee operations for properties in Manchester, NH. This is an on-site role requiring the daily management of commercial properties, including tenant relations, property maintenance coordination, lease administration, and budget management. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and handling vendor management to ensure optimal property performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in property management practices, including lease administration and tenant relations.
• Proficiency in budget preparation, financial reporting, and cost management.
• Experience in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and oversight of property maintenance activities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of property management software and related tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with state and federal property regulations and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent experience in property management.
• Relevant certifications such as CPM, RPA, or a real estate license are desirable.
