As a member of the Supplier Requirements and Services Team, the Supplier Quality Manager will lead quality systems and processes at Raytheon’s third‑party logistics partner GXO, driving supplier SOW compliance and corrective action resolution.

• Issue, track, and approve Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR).
• Collaborate daily with cross‑business teams—technical support, manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance, finance and program management—to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and the GXO SOW.
• Assist with workforce planning and forecasting.
• Develop and deliver training documentation.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using CORE.
• Manage disposition of non‑conforming material, purges, and quality hold.

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with dispositioning non‑conforming material.
• Experience with supplier SOW compliance.
• Root‑cause analysis and corrective action implementation—short‑term and long‑term.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance after start date.

• Decision making with minimal supervision, goal setting, delegation and coaching.
• Experience in aerospace/defense industry.
• Leveraging 3rd‑party contractor support.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100.
• Supplier Quality Engineering knowledge.
• Six Sigma, CORE or ASQ certification.

USD 107,500 – 204,500 per year (USD 107,500 – USD 204,500).
