Best Friends Animal Hospital, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, located in Manchester, New Hampshire, has an opening for a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our team.
Applicants must be a Certified Technician in the State or be able to sit for the VTNE. Scheduling flexibility is required. Salary based on experience.
- Veterinary: 1 year (Preferred)
- Assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures
- Perform diagnostic tests and laboratory work
- Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Provide excellent client communication and education
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Experience in a general practice or emergency setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
- Candidates with experience can expect a wage commensurate with their knowledge and skill set. We place enormous importance on continuing education and want to see your career flourish.
