About the Position
Travel Nurse Source  is working with Rad Gov, Inc to find a qualified Pediatrics RN in New Hampshire!

Pay Package:

• Gross: $ 2,613.20

• Taxable: $ 1,360.00

• Tax-Free Stipend: $ 1,253.20/week

Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.

Collaborative Teamwork:
Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress. Report any changes or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.

Medication Administration:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols.

Patient

Education:

Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote overall wellness.

Support and Advocacy:
Offer emotional support and advocate for patients' rights, ensuring they receive compassionate and respectful care.

Adherence to Policies and Regulations:
Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and industry standards through ongoing professional development activities.

Submission Requirements

Triage / Telephone experience (80% time spent on phone talking with patients)

All age group experience needed --- Pediatric experience required

knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with patients re; medication, medical history, diagnosis

Critical Access Hospital experience preferred

Clinic or Medical Office experience

Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty

1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past two years of employment

License/Certifications (NH license (or compact), BLS  - Facility will not pend license/certs)
