Position: Registered Nurse- ICU- Full Time

$15,000 Sign On bonus paid in 3, 6, and 12 months

Experienced Registered Nurse ICU

Who We Are:

The Intensive Care Unit is a 16-bed unit with an average census of 12 patients. We are comprised of roughly 50 employees with Nurse-to-Patient Ratios of 1:2 (1:1 for CRRT and balloon pump care) with 2 LNA on days and 1 LNA on nights. The typical patient population consists of adults 17 & older with the following conditions: trauma, respiratory, surgical, neuro, sepsis, ARDS, and pulmonary.

the Job:

The ICU Registered Nurse delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patient and families. Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model; the ANA’s Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code of Ethics; and relevant specialty standards of practice.

Who You Are:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required.
  • Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
