Job Summary and Qualifications

Deliver care and create a therapeutic environment for patients and families by utilizing the nursing process. Demonstrate clinical excellence through proficient practice that enhances the practice environment. Assume responsibility for assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

  • Assess patients’ physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination, and review of clinical data.
  • Identify nursing diagnoses and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and team.
  • Coordinate and implement the medical diagnostic and therapeutic orders as directed.
  • Document hand‑off, status, and changes in patient status as appropriate.
  • Advocate for patients and families and adhere to all safety and ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications

Licensure and Certification:
Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse
BLS certification required.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN strongly preferred. Specialty certification strongly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience.
