Job Overview

E&R Laundry and Dry Cleaners is seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Laundry and Dry‑Cleaning Associates to join our team! Great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment with attention to quality and detail. Full‑time, Monday through Friday (4/5 am start – finish) with weekends off.

• Check in garments in computer system according to each bundle
• Check garments for any items in pockets, garment defects, unbutton blouses, etc.
• Sort laundry and place in specific categories
• Stand, or work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Use basic computer functions
• Maintain company standards of performance and comply with all standard policies, safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned; willingness and ability to work in any area or department within the plant, based upon business needs and as assigned by management

• Capable of working in a warehouse environment, with elevated temperatures, fluctuating temperatures, loud noises, and moving machinery
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 30 pounds on a consistent basis
• Team player with the skill set to work independently with minimal direction
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Adaptable to change
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; must be able to read and write in English
• Good hand/eye coordination

Pay:
Up to $19.50 per hour
