Set up, program, and operate Wave Solder / Selective Solder machinery following established procedures. Assemble electronic circuit boards according to specifications, prioritizing quality.

• Solder electronic components on circuit boards for initial build, touch-up, and repair.
• Set up Wave Solder Machines according to profiles and procedures.
• Read and interpret visual aids.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies using quality practices.
• Monitor and inspect products for quality issues.
• Perform maintenance on manufacturing equipment and keep records.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and dispose of them properly.
• Rework or repair defects after wave soldering.
• Work in various production areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stand, sit, walk, and bend for long periods; lift up to 20 lbs.; work an 8-hour shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of production machinery, preferably wave solder, selective solder, and aqueous cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Good communication skills and attendance.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Component identification knowledge.
• Soldering experience; certifications preferred.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Availability for overtime and weekend work.
