The Program Manager works closely with Program Management and Engineering and Operations leaders to provide support for the overall management, execution, and collaboration/communication of strategic business projects. The Program Manager supports the Program Management Department in the realization and deployment of successful systems using a structured process, mapping user specifications to design requirements, documenting deliverables, managing schedules, controlling costs and validating overall compliance.

• BS Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 4+ years of Program Management experience in military or commercial new product development and/or manufacturing field preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

• Foster effective communication channels with peers, stakeholders, and the wider business to ensure engagement, support, and successful delivery of project outcomes.
• Collect and consolidate project status updates, providing inputs for key project management tools such as Integrated Master Plans, Risk Registers, Monthly Status Reports, Executive Program Reports, and Financial Reports. Lead program teams through program monitor and control activities
• Support and lead bid and proposal activity (SOW review, Requirements, Tech baseline development)
• Conduct detailed contract review and support contract negotiations prior to contract award(s)
• Assist in development of supplier statements of work
• Support contract and program budgeting, development of basis of estimate and overall program baseline
• Lead customer interaction and support for externally funded efforts IAW contracted scope
