About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a CLM/KYC programme at a global investment bank that is already fully underway. This is a critical replacement role, requiring someone who can step in quickly, build trust with senior stakeholders, and drive delivery through to completion.
The programme is a strategic initiative for the business, with a targeted delivery date of end of May
. As such, this role offers significant exposure and responsibility within a fast-paced environment.

Approximately 4-6 months - Start: ASAP
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of a CLM/KYC project, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a complex CLM/KYC programme from its current phase through to delivery
- Owning project governance, planning, RAID management, and reporting
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear communication across business and technology teams
- Coordinating delivery across multiple work streams, including compliance, operations, and technology
- Ensuring regulatory and risk requirements are met throughout the lifecycle
- Supporting implementation and adoption of CLM/KYC platforms, with Fenergo experience highly desirable

You’ll demonstrate:
- Proven experience delivering CLM and/or KYC transformation projects
- Strong Project Management capability within complex, regulated environments
- The ability to quickly embed into an existing programme and take ownership
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:
- Previous involvement in CLM/KYC programmes
, ideally within financial services - Experience working with or delivering Fenergo implementations (preferred)
- Strong governance, planning, and delivery skills across multi-stream projects
- Confidence operating in high-pressure, time-sensitive programmes
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager on regulatory or transformation initiatives
- Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is desirable but not essential
