Hub Supervisor Responsibilities- Serve as supervisor responsible for managing and maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service for all city delivery service functions.
- Work with city delivery dispatcher(s) to ensure that all products are properly invoiced to spoke stores.
- Investigate all shipping and inventory discrepancies related to hub and ensure they are corrected in a timely manner.
- Assist with monthly cycle counts and other inventory control duties as assigned.
- Ensure all hub stockers and related personnel are checking in and putting up stock orders accurately and promptly.
- Ensure proper shrinkage focus and tools are in place to minimize the store’s exposure to theft and paperwork shortages.
- Oversee all hub delivery routes, maximize efficiency, minimize costs, ensure safe driving practices and compliance with delivery service policies.
- Manage all hub‑side expenses to maximize profitability for hub and spoke stores.
- Maintain an organized, clean city delivery area divided into bins for each spoke store.
- Schedule hub employees to ensure adequate coverage while meeting payroll budget.
- Maintain monthly work schedule for all team members under supervision, ensuring clock‑in/out per company policy.
- Monitor route schedules, communicate delays, and coordinate with store manager when necessary.
- Ensure vehicles are well maintained, quarterly inspections completed, and mileage entered into the asset management system daily.
- Provide input to store manager regarding personnel performance for evaluations.
- Assist in hiring process: recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, evaluating candidates in collaboration with management.
- Coordinate driver training, pre‑employment drug tests, and MVR approvals through Risk Management.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Must be an effective communicator.
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Familiar with automotive parts.
- Supervisor and/or manager experience.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
