Elm Grove Companies is seeking a dedicated and driven Maintenance Technician Assistant to support our growing team in Manchester, NH

As a Maintenance Technician Assistant, you'll be a key part of our field operations team. You'll assist with essential upkeep across our properties while learning the skills to grow into a full technician role.
Duties include:
- General cleaning and upkeep of buildings and grounds
- Trash and debris removal
- Seasonal tasks like shoveling and lawn care
- Delivery runs and hauling (heavy lifting required)
- Assisting the maintenance supervisor with daily tasks and property needs
- Experience operating a Ford F-450 truck with trailer preferred
- Must own a smartphone and have reliable daily transportation
- Valid Driver License
- Able to past a DOT Exam
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take pride in maintaining properties as if they were your own
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts
$16.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
