Job Description

Our client, a well-established and reputable New Hampshire law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling of multi-million-dollar commercial transactions
• Advising clients on the buying, selling, leasing, development, and financing of real estate properties
• Drafting, negotiation, and contract review
• Managing all phases of the transactional process, including due diligence (title/survey review) and closings
• Counseling on zoning, land use, and property dispute matters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in good standing with the __ state bar
• 5+ years of focused experience in commercial real estate
• Exceptional communication, strong judgment, high ethical standards, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize a demanding transactional workload
