Trust and Estate Planning Lateral Attorney – Manchester, New Hampshire, United States
Role About the RoleThis opportunity involves sophisticated estate planning and probate work for high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for drafting both core and complex estate planning documents, with a strong focus on asset protection and minimizing income, gift, and estate tax implications.
Position Requirements- J.D. (LL.M. preferred)
- Admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire
- At least 7 years of experience in complex estate planning and administration
- Demonstrated expertise in estate tax matters strongly preferred
- Strong drafting skills and deep understanding of tax law and probate procedures
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent client counseling abilities
