Alexander Technology Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist for our New Hampshire client. The implementation specialist is responsible for successful onboarding of new customers. In this role you will act as the technical point of contact for the client during project implementation.
QualificationsEducation/
Experience:
BA/BS degree or equivalent, customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects.
- Windows and Server operating systems experience required
- Microsoft SQL experience required
- Report writing skills required
- Basic C# programming required
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience communicating and interacting directly with clients
- PC Network knowledge a plus
$65K - $75K
