- Mentor junior analytics talent and foster a culture of innovation in analytics excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business analytics with advanced skills in interpreting data
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL/DAX, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Hands‑on experience with scripting languages such as Python or R
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail with effective communication abilities
- Experience in developing actionable insights and building robust models to support business outcomes
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
- Knowledge of automation and scalable data solutions
