Associate Technical Trainer

Join the Sitecore Learning Team as a tech‑savvy, motivated individual who is passionate about learning and teaching. In this role you will deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and in person, while creating digital eLearning content that helps customers worldwide succeed with Sitecore.

About Sitecore

Sitecore’s mission is to simplify how brands reach, engage, and serve people by delivering intelligent, personalized digital experiences that connect the world. We empower iconic brands—such as American Express, Porsche, Starbucks, and L’Oréal—to build lifelong relationships with their customers through a composable platform that unifies content, commerce, and data.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone early in their career, eager to grow in technology, and who enjoys presenting and connecting with audiences. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge SaaS and Experience Management technologies, develop instructional expertise, and strengthen your technical and communication skills within a collaborative, self‑driven environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver engaging virtual and in‑person Business User, Marketer, and Developer training sessions to Sitecore customers and partners.
  • Create and maintain eLearning content, videos, and supporting materials that make learning Sitecore products easy and enjoyable.
  • Support learners of all levels— from marketers to developers—by explaining complex concepts in a simple, relatable way.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Services) to align training content with product roadmaps and customer needs.
  • Configure demo environments and troubleshoot basic technical issues during training sessions to ensure a smooth learner experience.
  • Learn how modern websites and digital experiences are built—including concepts such as headless, composable, and cloud‑based technologies—and help learners understand how these concepts apply within Sitecore’s products.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Comfort working independently in a global, virtual environment, demonstrating strong self‑motivation, accountability, and follow‑through.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence speaking to diverse audiences both virtually and in person.
  • A curious, tech‑savvy mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools, AI features, and platforms like Sitecore.
  • Experience creating or contributing to eLearning content, videos, or other digital learning materials that make complex topics engaging and easy to follow.
  • A collaborative, growth‑oriented attitude and eagerness to develop professionally in the technology and learning space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart
  • Understanding of how modern web applications are built, from front‑end frameworks like Next.js and React to .NET‑based back‑end development, with awareness of cloud‑native, headless, and composable architectures.
  • Experience producing interactive eLearning or demo‑based videos using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, or AI‑driven content platforms.
  • Familiarity with Sitecore or other SaaS‑based digital experience platforms.
