We’re looking for a tech-savvy, motivated individual with a passion for learning and teaching to join the Sitecore Learning Team.

In this role, you’ll deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and in person, while also creating digital eLearning content that helps customers around the world succeed with Sitecore. You’ll collaborate with a global team of trainers, designers, and product experts, gaining exposure to diverse audiences and learning styles across regions.

This position is ideal for someone who is early in their career, eager to grow in the technology space, and enjoys presenting and connecting with audiences. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge SaaS and Experience Management technologies, develop instructional expertise, and strengthen your technical and communication skills within a collaborative yet self‑driven environment.

To succeed, you should feel comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and managing your time effectively. A background in training, instructional design, computer science, web development, or communications would be a strong foundation for this role — but most importantly, we’re looking for someone curious, adaptable, and passionate about helping others learn.

• Deliver engaging virtual and in‑person Business User, Marketer, and Developer training sessions to Sitecore customers and partners.
• Create and maintain eLearning content, videos, and supporting materials that make learning Sitecore products easy and enjoyable.
• Support learners of all levels — from marketers to developers — by explaining complex concepts in a simple, relatable way.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Services) to align training content with product roadmaps and customer needs.
• Configure demo environments and troubleshoot basic technical issues during training sessions to ensure a smooth learner experience.
• Learn how modern websites and digital experiences are built — including concepts such as headless, composable, and cloud‑based technologies — and help learners understand how these concepts apply within Sitecore’s products.

• Comfort working independently in a global, virtual environment, demonstrating strong self‑motivation, accountability, and follow‑through.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence speaking to diverse audiences both virtually and in person.
