Overview

Full-Time | Onsite (NH) | Permanent

We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing organization in New Hampshire to hire an HR Generalist/Recruiter
. This is a newly created role and will serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day HR and recruitment needs.

What You’ll Be Doing Recruiting & People Operations (Primary Focus)
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a growing workforce, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination
  • Partner closely with leadership on hiring priorities, timelines, and workforce planning
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration (light lift initially due to small headcount)
  • Maintain employee records, compliance documentation, and HR systems
  • Assist with audits, policies, and general HR administration
  • Coordinate team meetings, company events, and morale initiatives
Executive & Administrative Support
  • Provide scheduling and calendar support to members of the executive team
  • Assist with internal communications, presentations, and travel logistics
  • Track key deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–7+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, and/or office management
  • Startup or small-company experience is required (must be comfortable wearing multiple hats)
  • Strong recruiting experience is a must-have
  • Working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
  • Ability to pivot quickly based on business needs and priorities
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with minimal structure
  • Strong communication skills and professional judgment
  • Manufacturing or operations-heavy environments are a plus, but not required
Role Details
  • Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 base salary + bonus potential
