Recruiting & Talent Strategy- Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex or high-volume roles.
- Source, screen, and interview top talent using advanced techniques.
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure compliance with ATS processes.
- May oversee payroll accuracy and issue resolution.
- Serve as primary contact for key clients; strengthen relationships through visits and communication.
- Partner with internal teams to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and support retention initiatives.
- Manage job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Meet or exceed weekly goals for recruiting activity, interviews, and fill ratios.
- Act as escalation point for client or candidate issues.
- Mentor team members and share best practices.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and positive candidate experience.
- Champion company values and maintain compliance with HR and safety processes.
- 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience with proven success.
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to travel locally as needed.
